"Finishes" is the term used to describe the more permanent selections you choose for your home. These materials are the most important selection you can make in your home because they are fixed in place and have more longevity than other design elements. They are the canvas upon which you can design the rest of the space!

New home or just need a refresh? These items are important to putting the finishing touches on a home. I love to combine new items with personalized keepsakes that are sentimental to you.
Model Home Merchandising & Home Selling Preparation
With over 12 years of experience in real estate, 5 years being in new construction, I know what it takes to appeal to buyers. This is for new home builders to merchandise their model homes or for sellers prepping their home to put on the market.

Merchandised this Indianapolis, Indiana model home with eclectic yet timeless furniture and accessories to highlight the finishes chosen by the design studio. To add some color and depth to customize the model home, I installed some wallpaper, painted the drop zone, designed & painted wood paneling in the loft & wainscoting in the nursery.
This modern farmhouse model in New Palestine, Indiana had all black and white finishes chosen by the builder's design studio. I chose furniture and asseccories to highlight the modern farmhouse style of the home while still warming up the space and considering the target buyer was a young family.
Installed furnishings that highlighted the coastal finishes for this Franklin, Indiana model home. I combined luxe with affordable furniture to elevate the entire look while staying within this builder's tight budget.
